Disclosure Text Regarding Security Cameras at Metro Matbaacılık
This disclosure text has been prepared by Metro Matbaacılık San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Metro Matbaacılık") in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Notification on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Video recording is conducted via security cameras in certain areas within our service premises for security purposes, and the recording process is monitored by management.
This personal data is processed automatically based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law:
- "Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations," and
- "Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."
Your personal data may be shared with judicial authorities or law enforcement agencies when required for resolving legal disputes or as mandated by relevant legislation.
You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the Law (regarding data subject rights) in writing to:
